or something as simple as a renovated kitchen or a bathroom, you have come to the right person.

I will listen to each client in order to fully understand what they need, whether it is comfort,

functionality, or a combination of both.

will explore all creative possibilities in order to come up with the best use of space.

Over the years I have worked with may fine institutions to help them plan for their current and future needs.

East Stroudsburg University, Shippensburg University, Moravian College, Muhlenberg College, Lehigh University, Messiah College, Penn State University are a few of the great local Institutions that I have had the fortunate opportunity to help envision their campus projects to reality.

My Story

Since my early college years in Los Angeles, California, Architecture has been part of my daily life. I graduated with a Degree in Architecture from The University of Southern California in 1987. I lived and practiced Architecture in Southern California for eight years prior to coming back to my roots in Bethlehem, PA.
I earned my professional license to practice Architecture in 1992. For over thirty years, I have gained extensive practical experience in Commercial, Institutional and Residential Architecture.

In 1998 I joined a local mid-sized Architecture firm and shortly thereafter was named an Associate Partner. As an Associate Partner, I oversaw the design and construction of numerous multi-million dollar projects from conception to completion, throughout Pennsylvania and the North East Region.

The Studio of TK Maloney was established in 2018, offering full Architectural services at a competitive price. AutoCad and Revit Architecture are a few examples of the cutting-edge technologies that I offer.
Since your home or workplace are very personal--my approach is to make your project look and feel like they are your very own. I am your partner, and also your advocate, and will go every step of the way in order to satisfy your vision.

Everitt Residence
Mountain Road
Blue Mountain, PA

This gorgeous property is located on 40 acres on Blue Mountain. When Tom's childhood friend asked if he could retrofit an existing dilapidated structure into a mountain home, Tom jumped at the opportunity. The views to and from this property are breath-taking.

The original structure, foundation and fireplace were salvaged and the new structure was designed and built around it. Indigenous Stone and wood from the site were used for inspiration to bring this magnificent structure out of the landscape in a natural way. The home overlooks a spring fed pond which the owner has stocked with Pennsylvania Trout.

Truly a one of a kind project!
